ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner had assailed the order dated 03.08.2017 (Annexure P-3), vide which she was transferred from Government High School, Nangal Kalan, District Sonipat, to Government Middle School, Terakpur, Block Nuh, District Mewat. For, there could not be any out of district transfer without the consent of the petitioner. Concededly, during the pendency of this petition, vide a subsequent order dated 04.12.2017, the petitioner has since been transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Sikri, Ballabhgarh, District Faridabad. And, the petitioner, in compliance thereof, has even joined duty. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be disposed of as such. However, it is urged that since the petitioner could not be transferred even to district Faridabad, she shall make a necessary representation to the respondents, in this regard. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, in the event the petitioner moves any representation to the respondents as regards her transfer, pursuant to the order dated 04.12.2017, to district Faridabad, the same shall be considered and dealt with by the respondents as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months.
