(Oral) The only prayer made in the present petition is for issuance of direction to official respondents to conduct the fair and proper investigation in FIR No.0059 dated 13.04.2019 registered under Sections 454, 380, 427, 148 IPC at Police Station Tibba, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, District Ludhiana.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the cancellation report prepared and approved by the Commissioner of Police on 10.06.2019 is not presented before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Baldev Singh, has stated that the cancellation report has already been presented before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court on 17.12.2019. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
