(Oral) As per the explanation submitted by the Additional District Judge, the Presiding Officer suddenly fell ill on 06.02.2023 and he is admitted in hospital in New Delhi and he applied for further leave. Considering the earlier direction, the Sessions Judge, Rohtak is directed to assign this case either to his Court or some other Court, so that the trial will be concluded within a period of 30 days from today as the same is at the final stage. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be sent, at the earliest, to the District & Sessions Judge, Rohtak, for compliance.
