(ORAL) The petitioners have impugned a notice dated 30.09.2015 calling upon them to show cause as to why proceedings should not be initiated against them for resumption of SCO T-10, Sector 1, IMT, Manesar, Gurgaon on the ground that they had failed to clear the outstanding dues. 2.

There is no warrant for interfering with the matter at this stage. The petitioners ought to reply to the show cause notice and to have the same decided in the first instance.

Needless to add that the petitioners can always challenge the order, if adverse to them.

The respondents are requested to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
