The petitioner is seeking setting aside of the transfer order dated 02.06.2017.

This Court vide order dated 04.09.2017 had maintained status quo with regard to the transfer order of the petitioner and till date the petitioner is working in Sonepat.

As per reply filed by State today, the petitioner will be retiring on 31.07.2018 and now the answering respondents have no objection to allow the petitioner for posting at Sonepat Depot and the order in this regard has also been passed on 11.10.2017 (Annexure R-1).

In view of the reply filed by the State in the Court, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
