Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and restricts his prayer that the petitioner would surrender within 7 days and apply for regular bail, let the bail application be heard in a time bound manner. Dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioner surrenders within one week from today and applies for regular bail, the court concerned shall take up the bail application within 3 days and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
