(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos.2 to 4 by learned Sessions Judge, Karnal, vide order dated 10.08.2021 in case FIR No.315, dated 18.06.2021, under Sections 313, 323, 354, 354-A, 377, 406, 498-A, 506, 509, 34 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sector 32-33, Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court, which had granted the bail.

Allowed as prayed for.
