Present writ petition is for quashing of order dated 04.05.2006 (Annexure P3) vide which services of the petitioner were regularized with effect from 04.05.2006 instead of 01.01.1999, the date when services of his juniors were regularized vide orders dated 12.03.2018 (Annexure P4) and dated 18.10.2011 (Annexure P5), respectively. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to Mr. Mulwani during the course of the day.
