On our asking, Ms.Kirti Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Let six copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, it is not necessary to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.

The petitioners are residents of village Salwan, Tehsil Assandh, District Karnal. They are claiming to have submitted objections followed by a legal notice against delimitation of wards and consequential publication of voter list.

CWP No.22763 of 2015 [2] The State Election Commission vide its letter dated 01.10.2015, original whereof has been shown to us, has forwarded the above-stated legal notice to the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer (Panchayat), Karnal for necessary action. In this view of the matter and without expressing any views on merits we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Karnal to consider the grievance raised by the petitioners vide the above-mentioned legal notice and take necessary action as may be required in accordance with law, before the Gram Panchayat elections are held.

Ordered accordingly.
