Same reads as under:- "2. That a grant amounting to Rs. 50.00 lac has been released to the Bar Association, Ajnala-Petitioner herein on 16.10.2017 in their bank Account No. 65196967117, State Bank of India Branch, Chogawan Road, Ajnala, Distt. Amritsar, A receipt thereof has been issued by the petitioner, copy of which is enclosed herewith as Annexure D-1."

In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
