The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.82, dated 21.02.2018, registered under Sections 379-A, 342, 395, 365, 120-B and 201 IPC at Police Station Sampla, District Rohtak.

Learned State counsel submits that only 04 prosecution witnesses remain to be examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and issuance of a direction to conclude trial in a time bound manner. 4.

Ordered accordingly.
