Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing the respondents to grant of annual increments w.e.f. 01.04.2011 as well as proficiency step-up under "Assured Career Progression" Scheme, as applicable to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.11.2006, alongwith consequential benefits. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from Mr. Vikas Jindal, Clerk, O/o DEO (EE), Sangrur, has apprised the Court that relief claimed in the present petition has already been granted to all the petitioners. Learned counsel for petitioners duly acknowledges the above factual position and does not want to pursue present petition any further. Disposed off accordingly.
