Present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of directions to the respondents to decide representation dated 21.04.2017 (Annexure P1) for appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground in a time bound manner. Petitioner herein is son of the deceased, who died during employment on 15.08.2007 and representation to that effect was made on 21.04.2017, which remained undecided.

As per controversy before this Court, at this stage, present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to decide representation dated 21.04.2017 (Annexure P1) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
