The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 105 dated 29.05.2020 registered under Sections 307, 323, 148, 149, 325, 201 IPC and Sections 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sanoli, District Panipat.

In compliance of order dated 21.02.2024 passed in CRM-M-65507-2023, the petitioner has filed a fresh petition bearing No. CRM-M-10909-2024, therefore, he does not press the present petition and accordingly prays for withdrawal of the same. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
