In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is for regularization of his services.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for consideration of his claim for regularization of his service under the instructions which have been issued by the respondents-State but no benefit of the same has been granted to the petitioner.
Learned State counsel submits that no instructions under which the petitioner is claiming regularization have been mentioned in the writ petition and in case, the petitioner is aggrieved against any action of the department concerned and is of the view that the petitioner is entitled for regularization of his services under any of the instructions issued by the Government of Haryana, let the petitioner file an appropriate representation giving details of his service and with regard to fulfilling the criteria mentioned in the regularization policy and the said representation will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by passing appropriate speaking order and in case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled RIYA 2023.11.
CWP-18269-2017 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:151047 for any benefit, the same will be extended to her within a further period of four weeks..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with respondents.
