Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside impugned final report dated 14.05.2022, Annexure P-8, submitted on complaint dated 26.03.2022, Annexure P-7, given by the petitioner against respondent No.4.

Petitioner, who is present in person, has been heard. 3.

A perusal of the impugned final report, Annexure P-8, shows that it was reported that Ranjit Singh has filed a writ petition bearing CWP No.2068 of 2022, and both the parties have agreed that decision of the writ petition will be acceptable to them. On this assurance, the complaint submitted by the petitioner was filed. The writ petition referred to in the report, Annexure P-8, has been withdrawn by the petitioner to avail the alternate statutory remedy.
