Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 has been wrongly promoted while ignoring him to the post of S.S. Master/TGT. It is stated that the petitioner, who has been working as JBT Teacher in District Jhajjar, had applied for promotion to the post of SS Master/TGT. One of his juniors namely Sudhir Kumar-respondent No.3 was promoted to the said post and his seniority has been finalized w.e.f 12.12.2010 whereas the case of the petitioner has not been considered. In this regard, the petitioner claims to have submitted a representation (P.7) addressed to respondent No.2 through proper channel but the same has not been decided as yet.

Mr. Sanjay Mittal, Addl.AG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Without in any way commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the said representation and take appropriate action as may be warranted in law.
