Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of order dated 19.02.2020 (P-8), vide which, he has been declared as 'proclaimed offender' in case SC/166/2017, arising out of FIR No.87, dated 06.11.2016, u/s 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27, 54, 59 of the Arms Act, registered at P.S. Phase 8, Mohali, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom including proceedings u/s 83 Cr.P.C. (CRM/157/2020) pending before Ld. ASJ, SAS Nagar. 2.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
