Ms. Reeta Kohli, Sr. Advocate with Mr. Rajesh Tushar, Advocate for respondent No.2. SATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) Through the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging two notices of even date i.e. 29.10.2014 (Annexures P-10 and P-11) issued by the Punjab Pollution Control Board.

It is the contention of the petitioner that these notices were issued without conducting a proper survey and thus a wrong finding has been recorded in the impugned notices with regard to the location of the crushing unit of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-Board states that one after the other, four surveys have been conducted and even the report given in the final survey does not go in favour of the petitioner. Be that as it may, in view of the subsequent report which has been come on record in pursuance of the order passed by this Court, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2-Board to reconsider and decide the matter in the light of the latest report or any other RAJEEV THAKRAL 2015.01.28 10:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
