Through the instant writ petition, filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, a prayer is made for issuance of a mandamus upon respondent No.2 to decide the complaint dated 11.08.2015 filed by the petitioner under Section 133 Cr.P.C.

This Court vide order dated 11.03.2025, had passed the hereinafter extracted order upon the instant petition:- "Learned State counsel is directed to have instructions from the competent authority, who is seized of the complaint dated 11.8.2015, filed under Section 133 Cr.P.C, as to how much time is required to finally adjudicate the complaint (supra).
Adjourned to 7.4.2025"

Today, learned State counsel apprised this Court that the complaint has already been adjudicated, and finally decided by the authority concerned vide order dated 08.07.2025.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to challenge the order (supra) before the appropriate authority by filing the apt motion. 4.
