******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) As per counsel for the petitioner, there are allegations of theft of revolver and some cash from the house of ASI Vikramjit Singh. In this regard, petitioner was summoned by the CIA Incharge, Sidhwan Bet on 13.06.2019. He gave justification of his non-involvement in the theft of revolver and cash but is being called to the police station time and again. In view of above facts, no reason to issue direction to the police not to call him for the purpose of further inquiry/investigation is made out. Dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail other legal remedies available to him.
