-- In the instant Civil Writ Petition directions to decide Review Petition dated 24.07.2014 (Annexure P-3) have been sought.

Vide order dated 10.05.2013 a penalty of recovery equivalent to reduction in time scale of pay by three stages for a period of three years with cumulative effect was imposed upon the petitioner. He preferred statutory appeal. Vide order dated 16.06.2014 (Annexure P-2) the penalty imposed upon the petitioner was modified to reduction in time scale of pay by three stages for a period of three years without cumulative effect.

Thereafter, the petitioner preferred a statutory review petition on 24.07.2014 (Annexure P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite a lapse of more than seven months, no decision has been taken on the review petition filed by the petitioner.
