CM-3877-CWP-2019 in/and -2CWP-18302-2017 CWP-18302-2017 After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have passed an order on 18.12.2018, by which the voluntary retirement application, which was given by the petitioner on 18.11.2014, has been treated as deemed resignation, which could not have been done. Counsel for the petitioner states that he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh petition on the same cause of action by challenging the order dated 18.12.2018.
