(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the application dated 12.11.2021 filed by the petitioner for renewal of his permit for operation of his mini bus for the route Jagraon to Kishanpura.
Petitioner has also issued a legal notice in this context on 01.07.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case his application dated 12.11.2021 followed by legal notice dated 01.07.2022 are JYOTI SHARMA 2022.08.17 17:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
