Copies of the same are handed over to learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant.

2023:PHHC:129912 CRM-M-33712-2023 Learned State counsel refers to para 7 of the said status report and submits that during pendency of the present petition, FIR No.171 dated 12.9.2023 has been registered against Sukhdev Raj (petitioner No.1 herein), Rajesh Kumar and Vishesh Guria, under Section 67-A of Information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 465, 500 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the aforesaid position, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application/petition in accordance with law.
