(Oral) After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Land Acquisition Collector under the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961, for determination of title dispute between the Gram Panchayat and the proprietors, and consequential entitlement of disbursement of compensation awarded for the acquired land. Ordered accordingly.
