(Oral) The petitioners by way of present writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, laying the challenge to IInd Provisional Attachment Order No.01/2015 bearing F. No. ECIR/DZO/10/2013/3680 and F. No. ECIR/DZO/10/2013/3681, dated 28.09.2015, appended as Annexure P-8 (Colly) along with the present writ petition.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as are available to them before the appropriate Authority in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies available to them before the appropriate Forum in accordance with law.
