**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) The petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the due amount under the Haryana Government Employees Group Insurance Scheme, 1985 along with interest towards delayed payment. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some amount has already been released to the petitioners during pendency of the present writ petition, however he is not in a position to confirm whether the amount has been paid towards full and final satisfaction of the petitioners or not. However, this MOHMED ATIK 2023.04.20 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.1832 of 2017 (O&M)    writ petition be disposed of at this stage with a liberty to the petitioners that in case any of the grievances of the petitioners still subsists, then they may espouse their cause by way of filing representation before the competent authority. In the event of filing such a representation, the competent authority may also be directed to decide the said representation in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the needful in the context of dues of the petitioners has already been done, however in case some issue still subsists, then the petitioners may approach the competent authority and in the event of doing so, the representations of the petitioners shall be considered in accordance with law in a time bound manner. On the similar pattern, vide order dated 23.04.2022, CWP No.25610 of 2010 titled 'Pawan Kumar and others vs. Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences Rohtak and others' has also been decided .

In view of aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of having been not pressed at this stage however with the liberty aforesaid.
