NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.93 dated 02.11.2020 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Sector 51, Gurugram, on merits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR in question, has already been quashed on the basis of compromise by coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 17.11.2023 passed in CRM-M-13889-2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner, for reference, has also placed on record the copy of the said order. The same is taken on record. He submits that in view of the aforesaid position, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
