MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.131 dated 23.03.2020 under sections 380, 195-A, 506 IPC (section 451, 509 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Sector 29, District Gurugram.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the FIR in question on the basis of fabricated and baseless allegations. It has been further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2020 and as on date only challan has been filed. Hence, there is no likelihood of the trial concluding any time in the near future. Learned counsel for the State while opposing the prayer and submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from HC Ekta, has apprised this court that challan has been filed and charges in JAWALA RAM 2020.11.02 17:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel and keeping in view that the trial is unlikely to conclude in the near future, I deem it a fit case to grant the concession of regular bail. The petition is allowed and the petitioner is admitted to bail to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate. However, it is made clear that any observation made herein shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case.
