(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents to take action and register an FIR against respondent Nos.4 to 9 and handing over the investigation of the case to any independent agency and further seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 9.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case the representation (Annexure P-7) be decided in a time bound manner.
