******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.71 dated 17.06.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 511 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Tappa Mandi, District Barnala.

Heard.

As per police report, image of petitioner was caught in the CCTV footage while attempting to break ATM Machine of ICICI bank on 16.06.2019. He was identified by one Talwinder Singh son of Darshan Singh and Head Constable Jagtar Singh from CCTV footage. No reason is made out to exercise the discretionary power of this Court to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
