(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia challenging the order dated 10.06.2015 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a stay application is pending consideration before the CESTAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi. Accordingly, a prayer has been made for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in case any adverse order is passed by the Tribunal.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to any remedy in the event of any adverse order is passed by the Tribunal as is available, in accordance with law.
