(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his challenge to the question that the gram panchayat has been given less amount than what it was entitled to and therefore in this regard application/objection petition under Section 199 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 dated 20.08.2021 (Annexure P-9) stands submitted by the petitioners on which no action has been taken till date by the Director Rural Development and Panchayat, Punjab - respondent No.2.

Without going into the merits of the case and commenting thereon the present petition is disposed of limited to the extent of the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners restricting his claim to the enhancement of the amount of compensation/sale amount, the application dated 20.08.2021 (Annexure P-9) to be considered and decided at an early RAVINDER SINGH 2021.10.08 13:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
