This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), for anticipatory bail in case arising out of FIR No.180 dated 07.05.2025 under Sections 121(1), 126, 190, 191(3), 221, 303, 324(4), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'BNS') and Section 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals Act, Police Station Pinjore District Panchkula. 2.

Vide order dated 27.05.2025, the petitioner was admitted to interim anticipatory bail on furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Area Magistrate. It was also directed that the petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating/Arresting Officer. 3.

Learned State Counsel on the instructions of ASI Arjun Singh, Police Station Pinjore, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation GAURAV THAKUR 2025.08.21 20:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-29860-2025 and for further investigation, custody of the petitioner is not required by the police.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions, the present petition is hereby disposed of and the order dated 27.05.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner is hereby made absolute.
