*** By way of filing the instant writ petition, petitioner Desh Raj, who had retired as Fitter on 31.8.2013 after rendering service of 39 years seeks issuance of a direction to the respondents to release the arrears of revised pay scales for more than 38 months in accordance with the decision of this Court in CWP-9718-2010 titled as 'Ashok Kumar & others Vs. State of Haryana & others' decided on 24.5.2010 and craving for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation (legal notice) dated 7.4.2022 (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner. Learned State counsel appearing for the respondents states that the respondent would consider and dispose of his representation in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is finally disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation (legal notice) dated 7.4.2022 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted PARVINDER SINGH 2022.08.18 17:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
