(Oral) Admittedly, the challenge in the present writ petition is to a show cause notice dated 18.08.2015 (Annexure P-4) issued by the Market Committee, Malout, Muktsar Sahib whereby, the petitioner has been directed to vacate the land. It is not disputed that the petitioner has replied to the notice on 10.09.2015 (Annexure P-5).

Disputed questions of facts are arising and even otherwise, the petitioner can only be evicted in accordance with law which the respondents will initiate. It is always open to the petitioner to defend the said eviction proceedings by taking valid defence.

The present writ petition is accordingly not maintainable and is dismissed as such.
