(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondents very fairly states that no recovery is being effected from the petitioners in pursuance to the refixation of their salaries and the recovery, which was done from the petitioners, has already been refunded to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the above-noted facts.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that no grievance of the petitioners is left to be redressed in the present writ petition and the same may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
