(ORAL) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.08.2017 (Annexure P-5) vide which the tender has been allotted to respondent No.5, ineligible candidate in complete violation of the provision of tender document, Annexure P-1 particularly sub paras ix and x of para no.13 and other relevant provisions being arbitrary, passed without jurisdiction, unconstitutional, oppressive, punitive in nature, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and contrary to public policy and the principles of natural justice.
