SUDEEPTI SHARMA, J Prayer is for quashing of FIR No.98 dated 23.08.2022 under Sections 313,323,34,406,498-A,506 IPC registered at P.S Women Police Station, Faridabad and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are acquitted of the charges thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
