(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the respondent No.2 to constitute a SIT comprising of some higher rank police official to investigate the matter mentioned in the representation (Annexure P-1) dated 01.05.2023 fairly, properly and expeditiously and to pass an appropriate order taking stern legal action against the guilty officials. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
