The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.67 dated 06.03.2025 under Sections 120-B and 420 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Sector-65, Gurugram.

Ms. R.K. Grewal, Advocate and Mr. Sohail Singh, Advocate have put in appearance and have filed Memorandum of Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 & 3 which is taken on record.
