(ORAL) The petitioners seek a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to step-up and re-fix their pay at par with their juniors, in terms of Haryana Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008. Particularly, for the matter in issue is alleged to be squarely covered by an order and judgment dated 15.05.2013, rendered by this Court in CWP No. 11254 of 2010 (Neelam Rani v. State of Haryana and others). It is urged that the respondents were even served with legal notices, dated 29.05.2017 (Annexure P-9). But to no avail.

In response, learned State counsel submits that the claim/grievance of the petitioners as also the legal notice, dated 29.05.2017 (Annexure P-9), shall be considered and dealt with by the respondent authorities, within a period of three months from today. CWP-18399-2017 orders in accordance with law, shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. Needless to assert, that in the event the claim of the petitioners is declined, the respondent authorities shall pass a comprehensive order assigning reasons in support thereof.
