)) +    This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuing direction to respondent nos.1 to 3 to register FIR against respondent nos.5 and 6 under Section 3 PDPP Act, 1984 read with Sections 430, 432, 426, 186, 506, 34 of IPC at Police Station Sadar Tohana, District Fatehabad and to initiate proceedings against respondent nos.5 and 6. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue his criminal complaint titled as Rajinder Singh Vs. Jangir Singh and another, which is pending for 04.11.2020 in the Court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Tohana.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. %
