(Oral) The petitioner has sought the following relief:- "Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus for the issuance of direction to the respondents to issue the Passport to the petitioner after renewal, as the petitioner has applied vide Application dated 04.06.2014 (Annexure P-2).
Or any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
