Present:

Mr. Keshav Gupta, AAG, Haryana.
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.
Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?
2.
To be referred to the Reporters or not ?
3.
Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.
There is no representation for the petitioner. The counsel for the State however submits that the prayer in the writ petition itself has become infructuous in view of the fact that an order relating to affiliation has been passed on 23.12.2014. The petitioner seeks for a prayer that the affiliation granted already should be withdrawn. In the light of an order having been passed on 23.12.2014 subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, there is nothing further that survives for consideration.
2.
The writ petition is disposed of.
