Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, A.A.G. Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to keep the petitioner in service on some supernumerary post up to the age of 60 years.

On notice, a reply dated 05.12.2017 has been filed by the respondents stating there in that petitioner will draw his pay against the post of Clerk till his date of superannuation, vide order dated 10.10.2017 (R-4) as he was declared 100% medical unfit by the special medical board, Pt. B.D. Sharma PGIMS Rohtak. Further the salary of the petitioner has been released w.e.f 01.02.2017 to 31.01.2007 and the remaining salary will be paid in terms of order dated 10.10.2017 In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
