Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that FIR No.65 dated 03.03.2019 was registered at Police Station Ladwa for the offence punishable under Section 435 of Indian Penal Code on the complaint of petitioner No.1. Accused named in the FIR i.e. respondents No.5 and 6 have not been called to the police station till date and they are now posing threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners. A representation to this effect was made to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken so far. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra to look into the grievance of petitioners regarding threat to their lives and liberty being posed by respondents No.5 and 6 verify the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Respondent No.

3 will also look into the allegations levelled by petitioners that no further action in FIR No.65 dated 03.03.2019 registered at Police Station Ladwa has been initiated by the police and requisite order in this regard be also passed in accordance with law. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) July 22, 2019.
