(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that he is working on the post of Inspector, Food and Supplies Department, Kaithal since 17.06.2016 and now he has been transferred from Kaithal to Ferozepur Zirka (Mewat), vide impugned order dated 03.07.2018 only after about 1 1⁄2 years of service, which is in violation of policy (P-3 and P-4) issued by the respondents themselves.

Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the authorities to make a representation.
