******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Complaint Case No. NACT/272/2018 dated 10.01.2018 titled 'M/s M.G. Ispat Corporation vs. M/s Shanti Metal Processing Company and others' pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has deposited costs of `5000/-. He has also surrendered before the trial Court in terms of order dated 22.07.2019 and has been allowed interim bail vide order dated 30.07.2019.

As the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been allowed interim bail, order dated 22.07.2019 is made absolute, subject JITENDER KUMAR 2019.10.23 16:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh to the following terms:-

CRM-M-30680 of 2019 -2- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly and on his absence on any date of hearing without permission, order dated 22.07.2019 shall stand withdrawn and trial Court will be competent to take him in custody.

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

The complaint pertains to the year 2017 and trial Court is directed to expedite disposal of the same.
